I came in for a swollen bruised index toe with some pain and itchiness. Lindsey Kopf assisted me to room for patient info. Dr. Calligaro came in to examine, took some xrays-they showed nothing with toe in question - only bunions on big toe (which she gave me insoles for shoes). Dr. Calligaro determined it to be an ingrown hair, she proceeded to get the hair out, prescribed some cream to apply. I will be doing follow up visits.
