I used to be very happy with them until i realized they support Fraud. Something got charged to my account. I filed a dispute and they put the money back in but because now months later the company claims i bought what they were selling i was told that it was out of there hands and they took the money right back out. So much for helping your customers. I am very disappointed. Can't wait to close my account with them!! People always say credit unions are better than banks. Due to my recent experience there, that is not always the case. Overall, the experience has been better than banks only because they have adequate staffing to serve their customers. Otherwise, being questioned regarding checks deposited into my account for the first few months I was there was offensive. My recent experience inquiring about a loan was unfortunate. I'll give them 5 stars if I get my money back. It was my fault, but I went thru the drive thru #1 this morning, deposited a check for $500 with cash back of $160. When the tube came back. I took out the dog treat, handed my husband, the driver, the tube. He placed it back and we drove off. About 15 minutes later I realized I didn't grab the envelope with the $160 and my drivers license. The next person to drive up must have it so they would know my address. The staff is so nice, but it is stupid that they are closed on Wednesday. NEWS FLASH - THE WORLD DOES BUSINESS ON WEDNESDAYS! Their competition stay open 7 days a week. I actually spoke to the CEO here and asked her to please stay open on Wednesdays. She said it would cost the CU too much to be open that day, and then flat out lied to me, saying "no members ever say that they want to do business on Wednesdays".
