We are in what we hope are the final weeks of our new home build. Our beautiful tile selections did not have the installation go as planned. The GM, sales team and operations of Wayne Wiles took our concerns seriously and to heart and immediately changed course and are making everything perfect. I highly recommend this company. They stand by their word and their products.
I chose a porcelain tile floor for my kitchen. Unfortunately, there was a problem with this tile. After trying everything, my salesman, Jim Palmere, suggested we file a claim. The entire floor was replaced. The whole procedure took just about four months! Through all this, Jim was very patient and promised to make me a happy customer. Let me tell you that Wayne Wile Flooring and Jim did stand behind their products! I recommend them highly; you will not be disappointed.
Having transplanted to FL from NC, we found our home within two months and when we made the purchase, the home had new carpet. Not carpet we may have chosen, but new carpet nonetheless. Couple months ago we finally decided to part with our "not so new" carpet and tile a portion of our home and re-carpet all of the bedrooms. I recently purchased carpet for 3 rooms. I had the pleasure of working with my salesperson, Mike Esposito, who was very good at measuring and follow-up talks. Although the contractors could have been more professional, I felt Mike was patient and kind and took all of my concerns seriously. Overall I would recommend this company.
I bought carpet for 3 bedrooms. The installer was very good, professional, did a nice job and left the area spotless. The business showroom is excellent and has great selection. My only comment is that I thought they could have done much better at helping us understand the properties and quality of the wide variety of products available — it is mind-boggling to make an optimal decision. The lead guy is terrific. Overall, I would recommend this company; lots to like there.
