RecommendedI owe my life to them. The counselors were great and they planted me in a direction that has kept me clean. I just recently celebrated 20 years clean. Dottie Singer is the greatest when it comes to alumni. She talked to me when my daughter passed away. I love this place.

I called today because I needed help sat on the phone for 45 minutes doing intake information only for them to tell me there was an issue with my insurance, which I use three months ago. It could be a simple fix from the facility, but yeah, I was turned away because I had no insurance. I thought their job was to get people help and get them off the street especially because of my drug choice is fentanyl, but they don’t care. My husband left for rehab… The night before leaving for rehab he messaged me saying he loved me and was sorry for everything he has done. We have three children together. My drunk mother in law called my daughter and was telling her that her father met a “christian woman in rehab who is supporting him has her own job and is his new girlfriend”. This place will deny uou and say “you need a higher level of care” but then they can’t explain what that may be. The head of admissions of Pennsylvania will also promise to call you back…but actually won’t. This place is a joke.
I thought it was the most disorganized rehab I have ever been to, I stayed clean from there because I wanted sobriety, but I would not recommend it to anyone, the building I was at was all the way at the top of the hill and had like 80 guys in it. the whole place reminded me of a medium security prison from NY state, how it's layed out and set up, everything, the walking to eat. People there have hundreds of dollars selling cigs to ppl, food, clothing, whatever, it's just like prison.
