My Mom passed away 6 weeks after moving in. I can't say enough about how wonderful, compassionate the staff was in supporting her and me! Nursing staff was awesome! I've told folks that if I ever need that level of care, that's where I want to be! The follow up I received almost daily was outstanding! Her apartment was beautiful!
Very clean. Lots of activities and outings. I can visit any time of the day. The nurses are nice and care for the client. They rotate the CNAs and NAs. I understand why but I would prefer my mom to have the same ones consistently. Everyone looks busy. I don't see workers just standing around talking. The dining experience is nice and feels like a good restaurant.
The Weatherly Inn- Tacoma community is amazing. Super friendly and concerned. Food is restaurant quality with excellent variety from day to day as well as special meal themes. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would definitely recommend this community to others.
Very nice and accommodating to residents.This community was one of the few that was able to accommodate my family members needs and was very receptive and helpful.
We picked this community, for our loved one because it was close to my parents house, it has nice surroundings, it's very homey, and in a good area.
I would give them a 5 across the board. Unfortunately my Mom's stay was short, she passed away on [date removed]...but the support of staff across the board was simply amazing! The second we entered the Weatherly, we knew this was the place! The nursing care team are phenomenal. They do what they say they can do. Maintenance and cleaning crew outstanding! Administration team wonderful to work with. I told my family if something happens to me, send me to the Weatherly!
The Weatherly was too busy and I couldn't afford to be on waiting list at the time My appointment was interrupted several times. I liked their rooms and balconies, but not for my mom who is afraid of heights (First floor is reserved for memory care).
I was very impressed by Weatherly Inn-Tacoma. This would have been our top choice if they had offered Medicare spend-down, but they do not so unfortunately it was not an option for us. The facility is extremely clean, the grounds are beautiful, it is pet friendly, they offered a ton of activities, and even had a chapel.
Weatherly Inn is a very clean community and we find all of the staff members to be very friendly and responsive to our loved ones needs. We have only had a meal there once but we find their menu to be very creative and interesting. Our loved one is very happy with all the activities they have going on. We are not unhappy with the cost - for everything our loved one needs to value is worth it .
