Our space is chic and elegant, but also cozy and comfortable. It's designed to be used, enjoyed, and shared. The lighting is excellent for looking at wedding dresses, both on and off. We have lots of floor to travel and walls of mirrors (20 mirrors, to be exact) so you can see and feel each dress in motion. Our dressing and fitting rooms are roomy and private. I have only wonderful things to say about Wedding Atelier! I ordered my dress in February of 2015 for my wedding this year. I was looking for a particular Pronovias dress that was going to be discontinued in a few weeks so I was under a time crunch. I had called the Pronovias store in Manhattan prior to reaching out to Wedding Atelier and they said they didn't have the dress and couldn't order it even if I wanted it. Not having anyone who could go shopping with me, i had a lot of help from Hazel. I tried on a ridiculous amount of dresses, most within and a couple out of my budget, but we found the right one. Thanks to Hazel for great advice, support and overall shoulder to cry on when needed in making such a tough decision.
I visited the beautiful Wedding Atelier to find my wedding gown, having no idea what was in store! The staff was prompt and accomodating upon my arrival. I was introduced to the sweetest and wonderful stylist for my scheduled appointment--Jenna. She inquired about my wedding planning and the types of dresses/styles I was interested in. My experience at Wedding Atelier was great! My consultant, Jenna, was knowledgeable and attentive. She brought out many styles for me to try on and she answered all of my questions thoroughly. Although I ended up buying a dress from a different salon, I felt that my experience at Wedding Atelier was really positive and Jenna was a tremendous professional. I even received a follow up phone call and email after my appointment.
Wedding Atelier was the 4th and last wedding boutique that I visited. Their staff is very warm and attentive and excited to help you find the dress of your dreams. The store definitely sees a large volume of customers, but I never felt rushed or crowded in the store. My experience was everything I could have hoped for! I had a wonderful experience shopping for my dress at Wedding Atelier. My consultant, Debra, took less than 5 minutes to truly understand what I was looking for. She spent nearly two hours with me for my first appointment and found me the perfect wedding dress. I highly recommend Wedding Atelier.
I bought my wedding dress from Wedding Atelier and it was delivered earlier than expected to the store. My consultant who helped me find my wedding dress (no longer there) was very helpful and patient and took the time to understand what kind of dress would fit my personality even though we were her last appointment of the day –we agreed I was an “Audrey”.
