Expensive, rushed, demeaning experience. Talked to like small children prior to the ceremony. Worst pictures/picture package ever for almost $300. I understand why they have a no photos policy. Let a toddler lose with a disposable camera and you would get better pictures. The photo package by the sea was laughable. You receive a 4x6" booklet with blurry wallet sized images of the whole event. Stay far far away! I am glad it was a vow renewal because if it was a first experience I would have lost my mind. Very disappointed
***Adding something to this, I was told a few weeks later that some of the ladies that work at this facility were eating our cake, that's unprofessional!!! Also its been 8 weeks since our wedding, I have yet to receive my photo book, announcement cards, and wedding DVD*** I'm giving a mixed review simply because there were good and not so good things that happened at our wedding. We got married there this past Saturday 10/07/2023 and it was absolutely ❤️. The entire staff go above and beyond to make your wedding the most beautiful memory it can be. We absolutely would do it there all over again!🥰❤️💐🎂
Entire experience was horrible , showed up early as they had requested and from start to finish extremely rushed ,they have no idea what they are doing , I did my best to maintain my composure and make the best of it , thankfully we were only doing a vow renewal , if you have ever attended a wedding you will know as soon as you get there something is off the staff especially the office manager are very unprofessional , the photos we received were blurry small and come in a cheap wire bound booklet that are on printer paper ,... read more
Married in this location 8 years ago. loved the venue, loved the staff. It was the perfect experience. We were able to get married outside between storms (rainy season) and the photos we took were absolutely perfect. Thank you to this company for making our day truly special
