I'm using services from the start of this year (2022) for a specific purpose i.e. weed control. Even after informing and the servicing didn't find any change to weeds. Planned to stop services in 2023.
Called in to complain to Weedman North DFW after I viewed my Surveillance system I watch their Technician missed large areas of my lawn and totally did not apply fertilizer to the sidewalk lawn and to the left front side of my house. After weeks of calling and no response from the manager they send me a bill for the incomplete fertilization that their Technician done on my lawn. What balls this company has. I REFUSE to pay for an incomplete service!! And now they are threating to send it to collections... What a joke Ill b... read more
Originally they were pretty good but something has changed over the past year or two. Perhaps new management, technicians, different chemicals, etc. Whatever it is, it's NOT good. This spring, my yard has never looked so bad in over 20 years... tons of weeds and the grass was very thin... lots of bare spots. Their excuse was that the weeds were due to heavy rain this spring... but they couldn't explain why neither of my neighbors had a weed problem despite getting the same rain we did. Hi Bob, nothing has changed in the products, the amount of product applied, our management, or the technicians who have serviced your lawn since you started using our services. Over the past three years, only two technicians have ever treated your front lawn since we have never treated your back yard. Called for pricing & information ONLY, a week later they arrived at my property ( unannounced and while I was at work ) and just started spraying! I called to inform them I did not sign up for their services and had not signed a contract of services with them, I was told that they did not need a contract with the homeowner and that a service was performed and I needed to pay up!
