I received a colonoscopy and an episcopal procedure From Dr, Lu . Absolutely the best decision I've ever made. I Believe Dr Lu could have potentially saved my life and definitely improved my mortality. Dr.Lu was very Knowledgeable and Made me feel comfortable. I have a lot of confidence in Dr Lu.. Great bed-side manner. Listens to you and spends the time necessary to make sure I'm well informed!
Dr Lu Did not even look at me during my initial visit, he was in a rush to take my $250 and schedule me for $1500 procedure. He appeared that he was not interested in answering any of my questions -I felt rushed and untreated. Worse experience ever. Would never go back or recommend him for anything. One star is too high of a review.
Dr. Wei “Ray” Lu is one of the rudest and least diligent doctors I’ve encountered. He arrived late and openly stated he did not want to hear my full stomach-related health history—despite being a stomach doctor. He made inaccurate assumptions without reviewing my records or asking necessary questions. He misdiagnosed me and made me feel guilty for being sick. I saw Dr Lu recently for an Ulcerative Colitis flare. I was running to the bathroom 15 times a day, couldn’t sleep thru the night, I told him and he prescribed enemas, my pharmacy did not carry them so contacted him multiple times and did not hear back. I then contacted his office and was ignored. He left a note to the nurse that I’d have to go get a Stool test before he’d prescribe me prednisone. Ongoing nausea, headache, constipation determined to be ulcer and diaphragmatic rupture.
I recently had a Colonoscopy done by Dr. Wei Lu having no health issues Before hand. He removed a small polyp & said I was fine. The next morning, I had a high fever, dizziness, migraine, was vomiting and had severe pain in the lower part of my stomach & ended up being hospitalized. A Cat Scan was done & the results showed high levels of inflammation & infection in my stomach.
