I had my cabinets installed about a month ago. Found after installation one drawer was shorter than the other on our matching cabinets on our peninsula. They sent a drawer but did not pay for install. 3 of our large drawers are sagging in the back and now do not sit flush against the cabinet. Spoke to customer service. they would not do anything. Their customer service is terrible.
We chose Wellborn because they are eco friendly and had the color we liked. The time between ordering and delivery was great, but there were MANY serious issues. Our pull out trash can wasn't finished so the track fell out when we picked it up. Our lazy susan was all scratched because it was packed just inside the cabinet rolling around. Other pieces had bad stain inconsistencies, marks and big chips. However, the other half of the cabinets were fine. I'm convinced there is no real quality control on anything.
