I’ve been attending Mandy’s Yoga for Scoliosis class. She is so well informed, thoughtful and knowledgeable about this topic! The class has been a huge help for me and my back pain has improved by at least 90%! I cannot recommend this class enough if you have scoliosis and want to improve your overall back health and/or pain🙌❤️

It was my first time at wellness in motion studio and doing yoga. It was amazing. I highly recommend it.
I purchased a semester pass last summer and began attending 3-4 classes a week. I found that I began to feel better, more energetic and stronger so I continued for the remainder of the year and plan on continuing this year too. today I had a dexa scan that showed that I am 1/4 inch taller and the curve in my lower spine is straighter and my bone mineral density is 0.6'% better in my low back since my previous scan in 2019 all due to yoga!
the slow flow yoga was good for my body and my mood. much needed therapy! the teacher was descriptive enough that I didn't have to constantly be looking at my screen. I appreciate that the most! great class. well worth it.
I took a beginner yoga class with Mandy for the first time in 20+ years. The class had a range of people, many of whom were not truly beginners, but Mandy gave a range of options for approaching movements that accompanied the capabilities, age (I’m over 60) and experience of this diverse group. I participated in Briel Beaty's Toolkit Series on Herbs to Boost Immunity. Briel is so knowledgeable and explains all of the aspects of the use of herbs so clearly. She is great at presenting different solutions for a variety of different people. Follow-up resources came by email the next day and the samples that were included in the class were perfect. I look forward to her next class!
