It was very easy signing up online and filling out registration online. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and explained to me they were learning a new system so it took a little longer to check in but I didn't mind. The provider I saw Ryan was professional very nice and caring. I love how the staff introduce themselves. I felt very comfortable I didn't feel rushed.

Visited this WellNow for the first time. Much less crowded than other Albany locations. They got me into an exam room BEFORE my appointment time (I had arrived a few minutes early), and I was seen by NP Megan Mahardy, who was excellent. Everyone I talked to there was professional and pleasant.

Just take a look at this picture. You don’t want to go to this place. The woman shown here is very rude and literally rolled her eyes at my aching 20 month old. Like who is not even nice to a baby?!?! The whole vibration of this location is very racist and non-compassionate. These people seem to treat people as burgers on a grill and not like human beings needing assistance during a crisis. The wait was incredibly long. Thankfully, the young lady at the desk said I didn't have to wait in the waiting room, but they could text when my place in line came up. It was over a 3 hour wait, but I was able to leave and get some soup and hit the pharmacy for some supplies. The first WellNow in Troy told me I would have to sit in the waiting room to keep my place in line. Don't understand why one could text and the other couldn't. Made an appointment the day before for one child and the next morning, another one of my children woke up sick as well. There were no more appointments but I called ahead and they said they could take both children together. Did not wait long after check in and the entire staff was friendly. Both (different) illnesses were evaluated, diagnosed and prescriptions sent- all in under two hours. Both kids left happy with slushies. Was very happy with this location!
