Amazing and exceptional is how I would describe the entire group. We had an emergency situation, they took us back immediately, and showed incredible resolve as they did an amazing job of caring for my husband. We absolutely love and trust going to this Urgent Care. Thank you WellNow Urgent Care!

The staff was great and I got good, but unfortunately you do not except Blue cross which is my insurance. $160 is a lot to pay when I can go up the road and have my visit covered. Also when I asked to have my results forwarded to my Dr. I was told the Dr had to call and request them. Seems like an unnecessary step.

WellNow Oneida is a very clean, efficient facility with a comfortable waiting area. The people at the reception desk are very polite and considerate. The nurse who showed me to the room and took my vitals was very nice as well. The NP, Tanya Marr, was incredible. She put me at ease (I get anxiety at doctor's offices and hospitals) and was very thorough. It was a very easy, streamlined experience and I really appreciated the added touch of kindness and understanding.

They took me right in, did all the tests and got me to the hospital so fast. The staff was awesome and the Doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable. Facility are very clean and esthetically pleasing. All in all good experience, already feeling better.

First time visit for me! I was pleasantly surprised by many things: They were open - I had come right off the thruway while heading home because after each hour I was feeling worse! I was greeted nicely and treated very well! Polite, quick and thorough questions! Tests performed and diagnosis made! They all listened to me! Staff was excellent! My only complaint is not their fault! They do not accept Excellus BCBS at this time so I paid out of pocket!
