Just took my girlfriend to urgent care for sore throat stuffy nose and a fever of 101.8 and the staff were very friendly,they managed to get us in emediatly and the Dr came rite in checked her out and figured out it was just a sinus infection prescribed her some medacine and got us right out I don't think we were there 20 minutes very happy.

All of the staff members here are so friendly! From the moment you walk in the door, smiles all around - receptionists, nurses & doctors... They offer beverages while you wait (bonus points)! The ladies & gents that work here deserve lots of praise for their excellent care and welcoming atmosphere.

How is it that you reach a maximum number of people for a day and stay open even tho you can't take anyone else? On top of that your an urgent care center and yet you have people make appointments to come in. that doesn't work if it's urgent. Terrible place when somethings wrong.

A lot of waiting around for a hearing test. Before and after the test. They forgot to give back my id. People didn't seem to know what was going on.

My boss sent me home from work early to go to urgent care for what I thought was Strep (my whole house was tested and is on antibiotics) since I wasn't able to get in with my primary care physician right away based on my work schedule. The in-office test after two tries (four swabs) was inconclusive. They said they'd need to send it to the lab and if anything changed would let me know. Front desk girls are RUDE and unwelcoming. Nurse had zero bed side Manor, was cold, and had attitude. She treated me like cattle getting herded through. The blonde Dr that came in was very nice, understanding, and empathetic. She was fast and friendly. She saved the experience.

I used to be a huge fan, but my last 2 visits were very disappointing. It feels like they don't want to do any testing or diagnosing, so just send you to the ER. It was a waste of time and money both times. I look at the website and it says they do blood testing, xrays, etc. But that's what they sent us to the ER for this time. And the previous time was xrays and urinalysis which they do at Urgent care also. Maybe they don't want the liability or something.

If I could give Five Star Urgent Care negative stars, I would. If I could report Dr. David B. Smalling for being a complete asshole to some authority that cared, I would. This is kind of a long review, suffice it to say that the summary is: Do not go to Five Star Urgent Care unless you want to be charged $110 for NOTHING and leave with a huge headache on top of whatever else happens to be wrong with you.
