Went in not feeling well at all. Got seen super fast, and was taken care of by NP Shaw. She was very nice and thorough. Ended up having to have my meds location changed and they did it right away. Will definitely be returning.

They were very friendly and professional. The facility was clean and fresh. The whole experience was probably under 1 hr which is very refreshing in our area. I wish I knew the name of the LPN who treated me. She was awesome! I was very sick yesterday, but I am feeling better because of her efforts and treatments. Highly recommend!!

I had a very positive experience at WellNow Urgent Care in Olean, NY. The front desk staff along with the medical care staff were very efficient, friendly and through. Sadie Shaw, NP was very helpful and kind. The registration process was easy and straightforward. The facility is clean and new. I would definitely go there again and recommend to others.

Took my child for urgent care recently. The check in process went quick, easy and we were out with prescription in a timely manner. Adrienne Saleh and her team were very kind and made my child feel comfortable during the visit. They pinpointed the issue that was causing pain and discomfort. I would recommend the WellNow urgent care for future visits.
