Went in at 1 for a 130pm appointment. A Physical and respiratory fit test was on the docket. A rush a people swarmed in right after me as a man played pac man in the back. Needless to say my appointment was delayed. Awaiting I filled out the paperwork. Missed a few items. I was called back and assessed. A young woman with curly black hair tested my vision hearing and drew blood. She was unable to do the fit test because I lacked the filters. When I went to Wellnow urgent care it was late afternoon and not at a busy time. Everyone was friendly, concerned, and efficient. They listened, examined, and suggested treatment. I felt relaxed and in capable hands. Prescriptions were called in and ready when I went to pick up. I would recommend this urgent care to anyone.Â
Just wonderful. A year ago took my daughter and grandson there. This time it was just me.Both times wonderful. A very caring staff one and all. Have total confidence in the PA I saw. Impressed with expertise, the process, how everyone I spoke to really made me feel they cared.Â
Excellent experience form start to finish! It was a Sunday and I needed to be seen. I was very grateful to have this stellar medical team working on the weekend. I scheduled my appt online ahead of time. This is a great feature as it gives you priority over walk-ins (assuming their level of medical urgency isn't more of a priority.) The people that took care of me here were very nice. One of the girls that sit at the desk helped me to fill out the online paperwork. I was taking care of pretty quickly and all went well.Â
