I could not get over a cough and lingering congestion. I walked in and the facility was immaculate. They have a Keurig, icee machine, and an old school pac-man video game. Staff were professional. They were stocked with and encouraged sanitation with hand-sanitizer and masks. Easy check-in, and C. Norris APRN-NP was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I feel so much better after seeing her and followed her tips.Ā
Well let me start by saying the HC team at this clinic over did it again, after weeks of seeing different Doctors I was able to finally get a diagnosis. I am more than sold out with results and not to mention the cleanness of the office the Professionalism and the wait time wasn't long at all What a Great Staff. PS, DR. When I arrive to the facility, I was greeted by the receptionist. The wait time was reasonable. The facility was clean. I liked the special touch of having snacks available to the patients. The facility staff was professional and courteous. Jasmine explained the information in a manner that I could understand.Ā
Asia B was very personable and diligent during my initial appointment and not in a ābecause I have to beā way, but because thatās who she is. I ran out of a prescription early and just so happened to speak with her when I called and without knowing who I was provided the same level of service during what sounded like a pretty busy part of the day. From the moment she greeted me, Asia was kind, professional, and made me feel at ease.
