Great staff. They make you feel like they want you to be here. This place is clean and tidy and very organized. This place is very well run and the people are knowledgeable and capable. This is my choice for urgent care in Springfield Ohio. I forgot the most important thing in this review. They have a slurpee machine.😯😋 How can it get any better? Go to urgent Care with a sore throat, come out with a prescription and a slurpee. Sounds like a good day to me. ** You have my permission to use my review as you wish. **

I was able to register online to start my check in process. I was able to pick my appointment time also. It was the best experience I have ever had with an Urgent Care!! Everyone was very nice at the Urgent Care as well. From the time I arrived 10 mins early to the time I was on the way home from pharmacy with my meds it was only 1 hour!! I will definitely go back!!

The staff was extremely friendly, even though they were moderately busy when we went. They were helpful, made me feel comfortable and didn’t make me feel like I was a bother to be there, which in my experience is rare in any sort of medical office.

I had a great experience at this location. The location is clean, the staff is friendly and gets you in and out feeling listened to and cared about. My entire appointment was a little over an hour! Highly recommended in a pinch.

The whole experience of being in this Well Now Clinic was outstanding. From the friendly receptionist to the nurse who was professional and there was no waiting to be seen other than the few minutes it took for the practitioner to review the history and concerns of my daughter. They were all professional and courteous. I would recommend this clinic to everyone needing to be seen for the flu.
