Cut my finger at 9pm and wasn't sure if I needed stitches. Made an appointment for 8am the next day. I filled out all the paperwork before hand and was seen right away. The staff was friendly and helpful. They seemed to care. I was in and out in around 40 minutes.

Nice little immediate care center on a busy road. I come here every year to update my DOT medical card for my job. The offer all kinds of emergency med services and other job related services. Free WiFi, slushi machine, arcade game, coffee all provided to make the experience better. The person at the front counter is always very friendly and helpful, even when things come up that cause stress, they have helped me out a few times to get things taken care of. I chose to visit this location because of the fact that they have x-rays, and specifically treat bronchitis and pneumonia. Unfortunately, although they have x-ray machines they did not have x-ray technicians. Therefore I was not able to get a chest x-ray that I needed. I asked if I should go to another location or the ER, and they suggested I stay for the appointment so they could listen to my lungs and offer any advice or rule anything out. My momma was admitted to saintfrances. Main entrance 3rd floor. Her colon was twisted to the point it cut off the circulation to her bowels. So they gave her a colonoscopy bag.the next day after surgery they put her on a ventilator. Next Thang they tell us her kidneys ain't working .then the charge nurse told us doing dialysis could jump start her colon .because the colon wasn't working at all.so the dialysis doctor came in and I told him what the nurses said about it helping her colon to start working. After sitting 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time I questioned the length of my wait and was told they had one provider...scheduled appointments are for not only your time management but the patient as well. Be respectful of people's time. Every time a patient walks out it's costing you which is probably why you are so short staffed.

Do Not waste your time here. went in for a cdl physical. was told 30 minute wait and had to pay up front. 2 hours later they are sorry and have no clue to when they will get me in. I have had every one of my physicals done here up till now. it takes 15 minutes to do a physical but instead they have 4 people standing around in the back talking. unless you have nothing better to do and a day to waste don't bother.

Appointment or not you are waiting for 2+ hours. This is the biggest joke of an urgent care and should be called "on our time" care. There's no sense of urgency with anyone that works here nor seem to care. Just a bunch of zombies wasting time waiting for the clock to hit 8pm.

This place sucks. My son went in and 3 hours later was still sitting there. When he asked how long was told another 2 hours. Are you kidding me? Most of the patients waiting left. NEVER going again. Bullshit.
