WellNow Urgent Care facility environment is very welcoming, pleasant, and clean. The early hours are great. I arrived early in the morning to WellNow Urgent Care and the reception that I received was professional, warm, and friendly. The wait time was short and I received the diagnosis, plan of care and follow-up instructions from a professional and friendly staff in a timely manner. This was my second visit to the facility and I highly recommend it to anyone. I am a very satisfied client.

WellNow Urgent care in Swansea is the best. I've been to this location in the past as a walk in and the service was so great, I went back. I made my appointment online for same day and It was quick and simple. Once you get to the location, you receive a text to let them know you're "here". You can check the status to see how many are in front of you. Once in back the staff is very friendly and professional. The facility is clean and everyone was pleasant. This was my first time going here, they were fast professional and very efficient. All of the staff were extremely nice. I had to take my son due to some type of injury to his finger. We went around 4:30, and were out by 5. I’m not sure if they are always this quick, as we were the only ones there. But I was very grateful to not have an hours long trip to the ER. Not a good experience! Shannon Lane, was the the provider I was seen by. She had a major attitude problem and God complex. After I stated my symptoms, she looked me over as quickly as she possibly could, proceeded to inform me that "they" don't recommend any prescriptions for my condition. I asked her who "they" were...."the CDC". apparently, she has a regulatory branch that operates through her, and there are no other options! The MA who took my vitals was fabulous and super friendly. The PA was very caring and knowledgeable and she treated me with compassion and had wonderful bedside manners. The front desk does need some work. They were very cold and spoke indirectly to me making it hard to understand what they were even saying. But they weren't exactly rude, just unprofessional so I won't dock stars for that. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely come back to this center as well as recommend it!
