I had a sick child, I registered online at 7:25. (I did see that they closed at 8:00). I arrived at 7:35. The whole place was empty (zero patients). I was told the doctor doesn’t accept patients after 7:30. I said, I registered before that time online and there is no one here. Would the doctor please just do a quick strep test on her? I was told no, that no exceptions the doctor will not take patients after 7:30. What??!! Why would you have your hours as open until 8 if you will not take anyone after 7:30??? I’ve unfortunately found myself really ill in November and now March. All of the staff and doctors (providers) I’ve been seen by were top notch. I felt heard, cared for, and that I was receiving the best quality care. I’d recommend this location to everyone. Plus they have an appointment request on their website to help with the wait time. I was able to make a same day appointment! I’m still on the mend, and thank you for taking care of me!
I am a typical man and I rarely go to the doctor unless I have an arm falling off. I had been battling an extremely stiff neck/trap/shoulder muscles. I had done all I could to try and alleviate the pain,discomfort, and annoyance. Nothing was helping. I went to this urgent care today for the second time this week. I started out with a very minor cold that ended up turning into an asthma exacerbation. I got asthma under control, but still have lingering illness, and woke up today feeling worse than ever. I went back today for follow-up care. I know that my lingering illness is a result of stress. Wait time was satisfactory. All personnel was kind and efficient. PA very thorough. Caring atmosphere. After 24 hours feeling better with prescriptions. Will definitely visit again if necessary. Thanks for all your help.
