My daughter had been sick for a couple days. Her sore throat was really bothering her and they were about an hour out from closing. I called, made the appointment and made the 12 minute trip over. I was greeted very warmly (my daughter was the last patient of the evening). I filled out the paperwork on the iPad, which was super easy. Everyone was extremely sweet to me. From the front desk who explained how to do the check in online, to my nurse who performed my flu/covid testing, down to the nurse practitioner who read my results to me. I never felt like anyone was in a rush with me. I absolutely love all the ladies. Thank you for providing me care. You guys are so amazing!
Overall we had a great experience. Although we had to wait almost an hour even with an appointment the staff was very sweet and kept checking on us. They brought my two year old stickers and we played the free play pac man game to kill some time. After going back to be seen, the doctor was patient with my son as he had to go potty multiple times. She also took the time to talk with me and listen to my concerns. She was very sweet and caring and it didn’t feel like we were just another patient.
I had to go here last weekend for an ear infection. First, I was happy the intake process online was fast and easy and I was able to get in quickly. Then, the nursing was compassionate, reassuring, and patient with me. Finally, the NP was also very caring, thorough in her exam, explained exactly what to expect, and what treatment to take. Well Now in Niles is a great place to go! My granddaughter had go e there with her dad in the beginning of the year for an issue she was having. I had gotten hurt at work and we live closer to Niles so my granddaughter suggested I go there instead of back to Benton Harbor Well Now. I would like to say I loved the Benton Harbor Well Now as much too! Competent doctors in both!
