Best experience at a walk-in clinic I’ve ever had. Where has this been all my life?! Everyone was so kind and there was no condescending or passive-aggressive questions I’ve gotten from nurses in the past at other places. The nurse and doctor were so kind to both me and my daughter! Nurse gave my daughter a juice box, a snack on the way out, and a slushy at the end of her visit. I will never go to a WellNow Urgent Care again. If you have insurance and they know what your co pay is they charge you more and then tell you, you'll get the difference refund back. They take more of your money even though they see what your copy is one amount. Gaining interest off of charging you more than what they should be. You have to wait till your insurance processes your claim and then you have to call them to request your money back and they can't give you a time frame on when you'll get your money back. Visited on a Sunday because the Walk-In we usually go to was closed. My child had symptoms of an ear infection. I booked online in advanced, texted "HERE" and they advised me to come into the building about 10-15 minutes later. We checked in at the desk and they did not need my cards because I sent images online when I booked (convenient feature). From out of state and was in Friday morning. The staff was very friendly and Heidi was super great! Knowledgeable, positive attitude, quick and efficient! Would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks for taking care of me and getting me back on track for the rest of our vacation! 😊

Let me start by saying the staff is fantastic at the Niles location. We were vacationing in Benton Harbor when my grandson took a fall and cut his eye. We immediately went to the location closest to us and after getting registered, there was a power outage. We asked the person at the front desk if she could help by contacting the next location, which she did. When we got to the Niles location, we were all ready to go.
