Everyone that was working the day we visited were extremely professional and kind. They took great care of us and we left the building in a timely fashion!

Service was super slow. Checkin was ok but they could not determine if insurance was t or not. I think I was only client there at this time. Yet, while I went right in with I with a nurse, it took 20 minutes till I was seen for care. You just sit in a room listening to staff talking outside and you wait. Staff were nice, considerate and capable. Overall it was a good experience with maybe too many hiccups. I would go there again.

Went in for a physical and drug screen...I got treated like garbage because they couldn't or wouldn't use the barcode I had sent to me by the employer I was there through...the drug test it took about 5 minutes however the physical that never happened because they put me in a room for almost an hour and a half and just left me there didn't check on me one time...so when I had asked the nurse who put me there how much longer it was going to be she said that there were 2 ppl ahead of me...what...how...so at that point I said I... read more

Read on their website that they are able to treat eye scratches and the like using specialized equipment. Upon seeing the doctor they informed that the equipment was broken so she was only able to do a visual inspection, which yielded no results obviously. Went home and suffered the rest of the weekend until I was able to go to an eye doctor Monday which they were able to quickly remove the small wood splinter from my eye lid and send me on my way feeling good as new. Terrible communication between Benton Harbor and Niles. Given a fast pass to get x-rays and the order needed to be changed. Under staffed and poor communication to us after a long wait. Left without being seen in Niles.

I was really excited that we could make an appt time. We arrived on time, waited an additional 40 minutes past our time before getting called back. The Nurse or MA took vitals and then we waited almost 2 hours in the exam room before the provider came in to see us. It's horrible to offer appointment times but then have to wait almost 3 hours to see someone. We could have gone to the walk in closer to home and waited the same amount of time just walking in. Saff and doctors super friendly and kind ! But billing is terrible NO ONE reply's at all . They never billed our insurance and billing person did not speak much English . It's a shame . Staff double thumbs up but sorry billing lets them down .
