Katy Taylor was very good at her job and won my case. Although, at the time of my hiring the firm the agreed upon price was $6000 and they were paid 7200. I have not heard anything from them regarding the over payment.

The fee agreement you signed indicates that the attorney fee will be the lesser of (1) 25% of past due benefits; or (2) "maximum fee set by the Social Security Commission pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 406(a)(2)(A), which is currently $6000."
