Car Break In Car was broken into in property's gated community (gate has been broken for 2 months). Management has denied a request to release me from my lease. Great place to live if you don't value security.

Good reviews are solicited with money off rent Don't trust the good reviews...they give you a discount if you write a nice review.. Was charged to replace all the carpet in the apartment (approx $600) and a $510 cleaning fee at move out? Waste your money somewhere else..

Please Be Advised Before You Rent at Wellsley I moved to Wellsley Park based on the appearance that the complex was a safe, upscale community. After living there for only two months, our brand new vehicle was stolen from the gated community. After having issues with our garage one Saturday, one of the maintenance men adivsed us to not leave our vehicles in the garage until he could fix the lock on Monday.
