Upsides: beautiful grounds. Apartment, while worn, is absolutely gorgeous. Location couldn’t be better. Pool is awesome, salt water and well maintained- quietest times are early in the day during the week. Maintenance guys are very friendly and responsive; I feel very safe with them inside my place.
