I would highly recommend prime lending to any one that I find looking for a loan. I thought the process was very easy and I was highly impressed with my loan officer. She was great and helped make everything run smoothly.

Wendi did a great job of working with us through the whole process. She took the time to explain the paperwork and answer all of our questions. She was always there to reassure us if we had any questions or concerns. She was wonderful and we were very lucky to have her as our lender.

We worked with Wendi to purchase our first home this fall. She was amazing! As first time home owners, we were new to this process. Wendi was very patient with us and helped answer all our questions. She always responded to our questions and/or concerns in a timely manner, and was availible to help us whenever we needed it. Wendi helped make our first time home owners experience educational and fun. She helped us find the best mortgage options, and was overall a wonderful person to work with.

Worked with Wendi from beginning to end and she handled every detail. After owning several rentals and applying for a loan for a vacation property I was very concerned if I would get approved. Wendi up front assured me after running application several times that there wouldn't be a problem. Once again she made everything go so smooth it was the easiest process so far

Wendi walked me through acquiring my first home like a breeze. She went above and beyond of what is expected from a loan officer. She is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, funny, explained all difficult terms in simple language to me and she was available whenever I needed her. Wendi Traxler was recommended to me. She did a construction loan for me. She was so very helpful with everything. I had issues with my builder and she helped get things done or told me how to get it done. Always answered texts, even on weekends and at night. I knew I could talk to her and she would help. And help she did !
