I recently had the pleasure of working with Wendy Rush at Congressional Bank for the purchase of a townhome. I found her to be extrememly proficient and knowledgeable regarding all areas of the purchase. I really appreciated her timely return of my calls requesting information or for just general questions that I had. Ms Rush was very pleasant to work with - would highly recommend her

I had a very positive experience with Wendy Rush and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for the services she provides. Wendy always seemed to have her "A game" on, was very professional, easy to work with and knew her "stuff". I was very comfortable with her, felt she was there to help me and had my best interest at heart. Wendy did a great job for our Home purchase. The process of buying a home is very thorough and detailed these days. Wendy did a great job of marking sure everything was in order before the loan closed.

I found Wendy to be helpful and provided many options to help me decide if refinancing my home would be in my best interest. She took the time and explained to me what each options was and how it could either benefit me or if it wasn't a good financial option for me. I appreciated her honesty with me.

I initially expressed interest in a home listed on Zillow in May 2017. Even though it was on a weekend, Wendy followed up with me within 24 hours. I was a first-time home buyer and was unfamiliar and apprehensive about the process. Wendy was awesome to work with. She consistently kept me informed during the mortgage approval process and was accessible whenever I had questions or concerns. Wendy was very knowledgeable on all of the different mortgage programs that were available to me. She took the time to answer all of my many questions and is a true expert in the mortgage loan field. Wendy was honest and up front on what to expect during the process of my loan and gave a very realistic time frame on when the loan would close. Wendy was simply great. We found her online and were a little bit apprehensive at first because we had never met her. She certainly gained our trust as we worked through the process. She simple did what she said she would do when she said she would do it and at the end of the day we got a great loan and the process was extremely smooth. In fact, we are planning on buying a vacation home soon and we will certainly be using Wendy again!!!
