This is the horrible work that Wenke charges $20k for, and then refuse to fix.
I made a purchase of $647.32 and had 1 and 3/4 box of flooring left over. I understand them not allowing partial boxes returned, but they charged me $30 restock fee for a full box. I gave them the square footage of the room and they ordered the flooring. They said having over a box left over is normal. Lowes would not do business this way. I am not sure I will ever do business with them again. This the second order in the last year. I have spent over $3,000 with them in a year. $30 is a small amount to keep my business.
