Werner is an amazing company. We had some wood damage that was noticed before they came out to do our roof. They did a great job of assessing the damage. When they came out to fix that part on new roof day they noticed more water damage to our walls and ant issues. They were able to get a carpenter over to help fix the wood damage and I got an exterminator over for the ants. Some companies may have just over looked this and just put on the new roof. Not Werner. Collin was wonderful to work with. Our entire house and 2 stall garage roofing was torn down, took down the chimney, new decking and all the fixings done in a single day! We only had ONE spot where they were short like 2 cap shingles and had to come back the next day, done in 5 minutes. They also got us on the schedule within a week of contacting them which I couldn't find with any other roofing company I called. 4 quotes, and theirs was the best value/quality with NO gimmicks or pushiness at all.

Kris and Mark are professional and show genuine concern to do what is best for customers. I had them do a tear-off and new install, and could not be happier. I had questions about dealing with a little ice build up at a valley where a room addition met a sloped ceiling. Kris promptly stopped by to investigate and called with advice (internal rafters allow heat to build - but not enough to take more action). It's comforting to know they "partner" with me to make sure my roof will last a long time.
