Dr. Penns bedside manner was the best I’ve experienced in quite a while. He is friendly and patient. He listened to all of my questions and concerns and addressed them. I would definitely refer family and friends to him.

I absolutely love Dr. Penn and his nurse, Kayla. Wonderful experience every single time I see them. He's patient, thorough, and very punctual. He's the best GP I have ever seen that I felt like genuinely cared about my health and well-being. I have referred several people to him!
