Beautiful setting, rooms for rehab patients not as nice as the rest of the areas. Nurses OK, some difficult to understand due to heavy foreign accent. They tried to be helpful but just couldn't understand a couple of them. Had some issues about my Mom's meds/not getting them. Would not recommend going there on a Friday. Not much happens on the weekend & nurses are temps rather than regular staff then. Med orders for incoming patients are slow to arrive which is not acceptable for pain meds. My father was admitted to the Robert A. Barnes skilled nursing facility at Wesley Ridge after leaving the hospital. From there we moved him into the English Garden for Memory Care. I don’t think my words can adequately describe the level of care and expertise we experienced from the moment we arrived. There are a lot of communities to choose from, but I don’t know of any that can measure up to Wesley Ridge. Some communities have beautiful lobbies that look like you are stepping into a hotel. The lady at the front desk won’t let me get to a friend of mine. They are always rude
I spent close to a month at wesley Ridge. I've never been treated so well. I always got my medication within the hour of dose time. The food was great. Always got showers. Clean bed linens. My list could go on. They have a amazing staff that care. Really care, not just a paycheck. The Physical therapist's were so fun. I was blessed to have been cared for by such an amazing group of people. Thank you all for being my extended family.
My loved-one moved into assisted living at Bishop Place and likes it very much. I find everything about Wesley Ridge to be very positive. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, and her apartment is lovely. I could not love Wesley Ridge any more and I would certainly recommend it to everyone.
