Emergency Maintenance is a joke. I pay almost $1600 a month and when I called the so called emergency line for the 80 degree temperature in my apartment I was called back by some guy who told me he couldn't be there until in the morning. This is horrible customer service not to mention false advertisement. 80 degrees in a 2 bedroom apartment is outright ridiculous. Roaches, roaches and roaches. This place is roach infested and our apartment had roaches everywhere. They would send pest control people but even after sprays roaches would return the very next day. There was mold issue in the bathroom maintenance never fixed it. We had to throw all the groceries and several personal items including furniture. My husband and I were on our last few tours thinking we saved the best for last coming from Buford down 85 viewing select apartments. We stopped in to view a 2/2 in this community and were excited despite the reviews read on-line. Upon entering the community we found the grounds to be clean though pulling up to the leasing office it wreaked of garbage. I smell weed constantly in my apartment, neighbors music vibrates the floor, previous employees stole merchandise for my store; they changed the lock. Too many fees!
If I can give this place no stars I would. When I first moved in they tried to cover up numerous stains that eventually came back. Also this area does not except Comcast cable and WiFi. They make you pay for there worthless WiFi that is EXTREMELY SLOW! They add it to your rent. Then your forced to get Charter which is just as slow! Very unprofessional. The complex is packed, hard to find parking spots all the time. I really wish I could give them 2 stars. I'm trying to move before my lease is up
Unfortunately, although they got a new manager, Navin Mursalim, the same old problems continue. Especially bad is the lack of privacy with staff entering your apartment whenever they please. It's really hard to feel secure here with such invasion of privacy. Complaints about this only get lip service, but no changes. I recommend you find a more caring community. Read the reviews that Yelp is not showing you. It's that bad.
I don't even know where to start.... Me and my boyfriend has lived in this complex for about 3 years. At first, we were pretty happy about the complex. Seemed to be a quiet complex and it seemed to be kept ok. It seems that management has changed. I do know that it looks to be a whole new staff in the leasing office. Don't rent from here ! there's always people getting shot and the mgr and leasing agents , are unhelpful. It's supposed to be gatted, there always breaking the gate in, and once you go in there's all these teenagers hanging around cousing and muging I lived there for a long time , and it just continue to lease to drug dealers . Even the police does rounds at night. You can't go to the gym bc it's the teenagers hang out place. And the pool is worst.
