Bought my first house with David and Heather and had such a great experience that when it came time to sell, I didn't even consider anyone else. During COVID19 times and with a frustratingly long process through no fault of David, he still managed to follow up, schedule, and get everything done while being professional, responsive. You can definitely tell that this team has your best interest in mind and I HIGHLY recommend them!

Updated review 4.5 years later: Heather was great! She helped us buy and sell our first house. Always there for our questions, helped us focus on what we needed to do to get our house sold, made the showing process super easy for us, and she had a bunch of connections for anything from landscapers, to handymen, to junk haulers. We worked with David in looking for our house in Long Beach and San Pedro. He was very responsive and was always ready to view a house with us at a moment's notice. He had good knowledge of the market and would be sure to let us know what to look for and what to avoid. Heather not only possesses impressive knowledge of the ins and outs of todays market, she has the perfect balance of integrity and grit to close the deal in chaos.
