Dr. Thigpen and his staff are excellent and most professional in what they do. I had my wisdom teeth extracted and they made the whole experience outstandingly easy and great. He personally gave me a call later that day to check on my recovery. Cost and insurance coverage was clearly communicated by his staff. What a great experience, way above expectations.
Honestly amazing staff and Dr. Thigpen is amazing. He removed 3 of my wisdom teeth in less than an hour. The lady that took me in did a great job calming me down because I was really nervous when I got there. All and all this was a great experience much better than I anticipated. I will definitely recommend this dental office to my friends and family.

We had a very good experience with this practice. The staff were all kind and knowledgeable, very patient with my daughter. Dr. Thigpen is very kind and compassionate, my daughter felt very much at ease with his fun and kind demeanor. Highly recommend this place.
My initial appointment with Dr. Jack Thigpen was absolutely refreshing! He and his entire team were so sincerely engaging and compassionate towards me, as well as, the other patients who were "checking out" and those that entered after me. Their interactions were a pleasant surprise. It was just the nicest and most relaxed feeling to know that I was in the hands of not just excellently qualified individuals but sweet people with caring hearts. It was a wonderful experience.
