Superior storage facility, but open the bathrooms. The storage facility is clean, secure, and has tight security; the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, please open the on-site bathrooms immediately. Nobody buys the posted sign that blames the bathroom closure on COVID-19. That is completely flawed reasoning. If West Coast Self Storage were really concerned about the spread of the pandemic, they would keep the on-site bathrooms open and encourage frequent hand-washing. Can't top this place! GREAT customer service. Tera was short staffed and she still greeted and took care of you with a smile. Amazing. Genuine customer care. Much appreciated. Facility is clean and easy to access.

Good facility An conflict of pricing online & in store. Once they fix that then I can confirm 5 star storage facility. Everything else is amazing.
Great storage and service Good customer service. Helped me to get right size by showing me available sizes before I made my choice. Had truck for the move and was able to buy items for packaging at discount. Had a cart to move items and escalator to unit. Password security for elevator and purchased a lock easily. Very attentive at reception. I very much recommend this storage company for anyone looking for a good place.
It was good! Not too shabby It was a good place with friendly staff and place was clean. Not too bad prices. I don't know what else to write here.
