Received tremendous support from Gary Johnson. Gary was extremely professional and helpful when moving out of the West Coast Self-Storage facility in Vancouver WA. I worked directly with Gary when moving in and out of this facility. Over the past year I never encountered an issue, this facility is always maintained and presentable. I absolutely want to thank Gary for always maintaining a positive attitude and representing his organization with a true passion to ensure customers are taken of.
Hands down best storage facility I've ever used! Clean, secure, and climate controlled. And hands down the best customer service! Gary was always friendly and attentive. He really cares about his business and his customers, and it shows. Would 10/10 recommend and use again
Gary the manager was extremely helpful to helping me select the unit I needed. On Friday when the movers came and moved the stuff into the unit Gary made sure they could have easy access to the unit.
Above and beyond! This place has everything you need, it's convenient and their staff is friendly and professional. From security to ease of use these guys are by far the best storage facility we've experienced.
5 Stars for Gary and Sarah! They are always pleasant to deal with. Unmatched customer service compared to their surrounding competitors!
