I love it there. James was fun and easy to talk to and very informative. I love how clean the units are and the the rest of the place is clean as well.. I will tell all my friends and co works that if they need a storage hands down go see James at West Coast Storage.. thank you James and west coast for making my experience great!!
They were great to work with and made everything easy. I had my car, and other personal belongings safely stored and never had any problems. If I was in need of storage again I would definitely reach out to them first.
James was super! Very nice and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. He really went above and beyond!!!!!!

The girl at the counter was SO understanding and helpful when I lost my key and then had to call my back. She was cheery and patient and just had a really cool, pleasant personality. I didn’t catch her name but she was great!
