Sarah and Dr. R were so sweet and good with my Lola girl. They handed her with gentleness and great care. Before we saw the doctor, the front desk receptionist Ashley patiently and proactively asked me if I had any concerns, she made note of one, asked again, made note of another, and asked again! I thought that was SUPER customer care. I love these ladies at West Davis Veterinary Clinic! They are always joyful, kind, and caring toward my pup and me. This clinic is great. Their prices are reasonable and they work very efficiently. My girl loves going to the vet.
As usual you all did great. You all are very courteous and show concern for the pets. I have been coming here for 8 years with Sweety Pie and I would not ever take her anywhere else. Emilie was very sweet and handled Sweety Pie with tender care.
We had a great visit. Emilie helped Puppy feel more at ease and was excellent at checking him out. Dr. Montgomery did a great job explaining everything to us. We will definitely be recommending your clinic to others. Thank you!
Jaimie was very good with my Maggie and Sophie in examining them and answering our questions. Dr. R was very professional in diagnosing their problem especially Maggie. They explained the procedure of vaccination and antibiotics. We also were told what we needed to do when we got home. My friend got bit by Maggie and Jamie and Dr. R were concerned and told my friend to go get an antibiotic shot. Thank you both for your care for my two furbabies and my friend.
