From the time you enter office till you leave you are treated cordially and professionally. The coordination with insurance and surgical center Was excellent. Post surgical follow up was thorough. Have been taking family here for 28 years and will continue to do so

I had seen Dr. Rode a few years ago when he was practicing in Manchester and I really liked his bedside manner and that he'd explain to me what's going on in terms I can understand. I'm so glad I followed him to West Hartford as he identified the problem and helped to get my care coordinated among several other specialists and now the bone infection is reversing and the bone is solidifying and showing up in the X-ray where it wasn't before. Dr Rode has taken on a months-long restoration project on the bottom of my feet with enthusiasm and good humor. The treatment, while difficult and somewhat painful for me, has been made far more bearable by the upbeat demeanor of all your staff.

Foot surgery went very well. Office staff : Brandon was very helpful preop. Dr Rode was great!
Dr. Marc Lederman is the best. My entire family has complete trust in his expertise. The office is efficient and friendly. Time spent in the waiting room was minimal. It makes going to the doctor an enjoyable experience.
