I am so thrilled with the work of Drew, Rolondo (sp?), and Kyle. They were absolutely meticulous! I’m talking design-level meticulous. The care with which they did everything is greatly appreciated. From the first meeting with Drew and how he outlined everything that would happen - offering options - I was at ease. I must add that we had a quote that was 1/3 of yours but the level of detail addressed made me more at ease with West Houston Electric. I do believe we got what we paid for. We are quite pleased. Christian and the apprentice shadowing him were both very polite and friendly. Even though I’m on the east side, they were able to make it in a timely manner and even let me track their progress through a website. They wore shoe coverings when stepping into the house, which was very nice. The main issue I had was a simple fix, but they also found another issue and fixed that right up without additional charge. Great experience.

After a storm, our garage breaker went faulty and we are so happy to have called West Houston Electric! JD and Hailey came out quickly, were very professional and friendly. They took time to thoroughly explain the issues and additional preventative work we could have done in the future. Great experience and would highly recommend these guys!

From start to finish, Theo demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer service. Trustworthy and reliable service. Sloppy trades work on a new build left us with a lose wire in our master bedroom. Simple fix, yet nothing that we wanted to tackle. The tech was personable, respectful of our home and very honest. He didn't fabricate issues to justify the service fee on such a small job. Instead, he went above and beyond and spent a significant amount of time inspecting several critical areas of the house.
