We are pleased with West Michigan Carpet & Tile services. Vince understood our needs and complied with them. The installers (husband & wife team) were hard workers, thorough and very honest.
Once remediation had been completed following a recent tub overflow, we contacted the store (not West Michigan Carpet and Tile) from which we had purchased the carpeting in our house to replace damaged padding and re-install the carpet. After more than three weeks of runaround, we had still not gotten an installation date which, we had been told, would be at least six weeks later. Installer had zero skills in courtesy department, he assumed he could set his dirty gear against fine art. Did not greet with any warm friendly tone. Nearly scraped and dented walls. The installer did not care he lifted things without noticing a hanging chandelier. Since day one, got cold feelings all around. I wanted to support and use a local dealer. This was not a good choice. It is getting hard to find quality in the area.
Wonderful experience from the beginning to end. Vince was very helpful in picking out color and quality and the installers were unbelievably hard workers. Would highly recommend!
A nice store with lots of options for floor coverings. Also a great place to contract for repairs to your carpet, wood flooring, and stone tiles.
