Shady business practices and extremely difficult to get in touch with. We had a terrible experience when moving out. The office staff are disorganized and will not return calls or reply to emails in a timely manner. I recommend steering clear of WPV.
Don’t be fooled by the beautiful neighborhood and updated apartments. The apartments themselves are depressing because they have very little light, we had to address several repairs even though our apartment was recently renovated, the office staff is rude, and they will soak money out of you every chance they can get. Pay more money and go someplace nicer.

There is a major trash issue going on with rats and raccoons rummaging through this insanity situation located behind the apartments. The manager needs to address this before it becomes worse than it is. Clearly the tenants are throwing trash in the dumpster area and there are no closed dumpsters to put the trash in. These are expensive apartments that and the tenants deserve a clean sanitary environment. Something needs to be immediately to address the trash behind Brompton Dr on Magnolia Blossom!

Do not rent from. Buddy moved out last month left his apartment as clean as the day he moved in. Did not get his deposit back. Was told they installed new flooring and stainless steel appliances with is deposit money. When there was nothing wrong with the ones that where in it. They will rip you off in order to save money on thier upgrades. He was a tenant for over 4 years and nothing was ever done to the place. Normal wear is not grounds for them to keep a deposit.
