Everything went very well. Dr. Jorgenson was very thorough and explained what he was doing every step of the way. He has a great sense of humor and made sure I was comfortable and doing okay.
Each visit confirms to me that WRD is an excellent office from the receptionist's greeting, through each procedure to good-bye and follow-up! Thank you!
Particularly appreciated Dr. Jordan's willingness to describe procedure in real time AND his invitation to learn about and observe equipment manufacturing my ceramic implant. BTW, your web site first page needs an update Re: practicing dentists.

Insurance coverage no longer taken Last week we received an email stating Aetna Insurance will no longer be accepted as a provider. My family is beyond devastated. We have been patients since moving to the area many years ago. My husband has never been a fan of dentists because of several and painful procedures, I finally convinced him to go and give you guys a try. Phone turnaround and followup instructions for appointment This is the first time I have not received a fairly quick response when calling your office. I was left waiting all day without any updates. My initial call was @ aprx 9:30 am - response "will call you back in a few minutes." After no response I called again about 1-1/2 hours later. I waited and wondered all day for follow-up. Service was great and timely. Had a positive experience with Dr Jordan, the only thing that I questioned was that I didn't want a Floride treatment so wasn't given one and have an upper denture so only my lower teeth were cleaned but the payment was still $124.00. I know last year I was given a break for this. That was the only thing I was unsatisfied with.
