As a new private patient I would have liked to build more rapport, not feel like on a conveyor belt. I also feel its important that dentists acknowledge the mouth is a sensitive area and should tell patients what they are going to do especially as many patients feel anxious and vulnerable at the dentist and this should be considered. I did like that Adrian gave me options for treatment clearly. He made a couple of errors in checking particular teeth I mentioned which effected my confidence in him.
It's only because of my own phobias to having any work done however I really didn't feel that the dentist was that sympathetic so believe that his crouch side manner could be much improved especially for nervous patients However the surgery & staff members were perfect
