Well, my grass is to my knees, my OVEN doesn't work, my basement floods when I wash clothes because the drains are clogged, my toilet runs constantly, my ceiling leaks in 5 different spots! And I've lived in my apartment for over a year now and I've called SEVERAL times about ALL these issues and not once have I seen a maintenance worker to come fix any of it! Me an a friend both have made in queries about 2 different properties she has called an emailed 4 or 6 times an both of us have been told that we will be contacted the same day or next an never hear anything not a good way to do business

I initially rated this and decided against writing anything. We have been living at a home managed by First Property Solutions since November 2016. I would now rate this company at 0. Yes, I rate this as a zero, too bad it's not an option. Call them for a maintenance issue and as of a month nothing has been done. They take your name and number and then say they will pass along to maintenance. In the beginning employees were rude and never returned phone calls.
