As far as maintenance issues go….. I have had two plumbing problems that were attended to the next day. The work is satisfactory since the issues have been resolved. Although a third party that had to be called in left my carpet wet and filthy.

Very nice! Came in and knew exactly what to do to get all the repairs and fixing done and finished in one day! Very good person and should get bonus for his hard work!!!
They are quick to come and address any maintenance issues that I have. They have went above and beyond to help me and my family. The house that I was leasing from them was sold and they found me another place to live which I love and they sent a team out with a truck and helped us move.. It's not good, they have bed bugs, roaches in a few rooms. Inspections and bug treatments/spraying wasn't ever on time. If it was done at all. One positive thing about it, is that they will move you in quickly.
