Courteous visit.
My daughter is almost 2 years old. She had a mucocele inside her bottom lip, and after foolishly reading everything I could find on the internet about the surgical procedure (don't do this) I walked into the office reluctant because of how young she is and the possibilities of something going wrong- It is in her mouth after all. Then we met Dr. Guglielmi. He informed us of the procedure, answered all of our questions and concerns, and reassured us that everything would be okay. Dr. Kur was very clear with what his recommendations were. He made me feel at ease. The staff at the front desk was friendly, very patient and helpful. However, both times I was in the office, some of the assistants were not the friendliest. Never had to wait too long in waiting room.
Definitely the best by far!
Treated with compassion. Staff was professional. I would highly recommend.
Replace waiting room chairs. All else very good.
