Amazing care and great staff!
Dr. Kur and his staff are amazing. I went there to have implants because other doctors said I could not have them done. Dr. Kur performed sinus grafting and implants. I had teeth placed the same day by my dentist.
If I could rate than zero I would. Tanya and staff are horrible. Rude inconsiderate and not professional. Was trying to schedule for my 90 year old mom. They do not care about their parents stay away!
I arrived 30 minutes early as recommended only to still wait an hour and a half to be seen by a dentist for two minutes to tell me he won’t be doing a procedure.
Bad Experience with Dr. Benjamin Kur - I prepaid Dr. Kur for 6 implants. He only provided 4, which I learned not from him but rather from my regular dentist. I went back to him and requested the two he owed me and he presented me with an estimate for $5k, over and above the $22,000 I already gave him, just to complete the work. When I complained about the $5k, he then sent me a bill for $13,000 to complete the work. In my opinion his man is an arrogant hot head, a crook and highly unprofessional.
