Doctor Whipple and staff were fabulous! Highly recommended!
Hands down the BEST dental practice in WNY. Pain free dental work performed by friendly, top notch staff in a relaxing, comfortable setting. I actually like going to the dentist now and I used to avoid it as much as possible before I discovered Westermeier.
I had my first visit yesterday. I should start by saying I am extremely afraid of giong to the dentist. They were wonderful!! First I was examined by Nicole, who was very gentle and told me everything that she was going to do. Then Dr. Ruhland examined my x-rays and my teeth. Then I was introduced to Patty. All three ladies were extremely kind understanding and gentle. I look forward to my cleaning. I feel confident they won't hurt me.

Comforting, clean and friendly! The process is relaxing and you even get a hand massage! Professional and the best dental office I've ever been to.

Bad experience on 2 occasions shame that they won't right a wrong ! It is what it is at issue never took care of my self and teeth growing up and as a adult and never learned led dentist heard great things so I went Dr Westermeier great but going to associates when he wasn't there complete nightmare and my wife will attest to it as she was there ask for the 2 head honchos underling dentist was not what I expected at all
