I JUST posted an EPIC LONG Comment. I simply cannot say enough about Westermeier-Martin!!! From the time I walk in until the time I leave the East Aurora Office, I feel more like I’ve been to a SPA than a Dentist Office!!! As Dr. Martin was taking impressions for my implants, a WONDERFUL Masseuse came into my room and gave me this WONDERFUL HAND MASSAGE!!! AMAZING!!! Really great first experiences with the Westermeier Martin Dental family. Was dreading the initial visit (almost turned car around to go home), but was put at ease with what I knew had to be done for my procedures. Have more work to be done but am well on my way to having what was a bad dental situation repaired. And it was pretty cool to find out a dear friend was also working for them. Bonus that let me know I came to the right place.
I would highly recommend this dental group especially if you are apprehensive 😩 about going to dentist. They are so gentle and understanding and their mission is to make you comfortable going to the dentist. I love their hygienists especially Sam, she is so gentle and calming. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

It's a modern office with all the latest modern equipment to make you smile more. Very friendly Amherst Office staff from the moment you walk in the office.
Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied! My husband had dentures and implants done there. Spent over $16K. The implants do not look good at all; look very artificial. And the dentures do not fit; when he talks or eats they frequently fall out. I feel so bad for him; it’s embarrassing when it happens in public. We’ve made repeated phone calls; and it takes forever to get a response. After 5 months of living this nightmare we are utterly at a loss as to what to do!
